PAYMENT OF FEES
Once enrolled, students are required to settle any outstanding fees by 01st March 2026. Students with unpaid fees (for all papers) after this date will be denied access to classes and MAT ABACUS facilities and must make special arrangements with the administration to continue their studies.
OUTSTANDING BALANCES
No new course enrollment will be accepted if there are outstanding balances from previously enrolled courses.
Note: No discounts are available to students with outstanding fees.
SPONSORED STUDENTS
Sponsored students must provide either a minimum deposit or an official letter of sponsorship to enroll. Students who self-pay and later secure sponsorship are eligible for a full refund of their personal payment.
DISCOUNT APPLICATIONS
To qualify for a repeat paper discount, students must meet the following criteria:
- Attended over 80% of enrolled classes
- Submitted a script for every practice test assigned to their class
ADVANCE PAYMENT DISCOUNTS
Students who pay both tuition and revision fees in full before 01st March 2026 for the same paper may qualify for an advance payment discount on revision fees.
ACCA Discounts (subject to change):
- Knowledge courses: $20 discount
- Skills courses: $25 discount
- Strategic Essential Papers: $30 discount
- Strategic Option Papers: $30 discount
REPEAT PAPER DISCOUNTS
MAT ABACUS RWANDA provides high-quality tuition with exceptional pass rates. To support our students, we offer a discount scheme for those who need to retake exams after studying with us.
CPA DISCOUNT
Approved applications receive a discount of Rwf 50,000/= per course unit for tuition fees.
ACCA DISCOUNT
Approved applications pay only $120 per course unit for tuition fees.
Important Notes:
- Discount applies only to the same courses registered and paid for in the previous semester
- Not applicable if only enrolled for revision classes
- New study tests issued only if the version has changed since the previous sitting
TUITION REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:
1. Concurrent Payment by Student and Sponsor: A refund will be processed upon receipt of a written application from the student, accompanied by evidence of both student and sponsor payments into our bank account for the same purpose.
