All outstanding fees must be settled by 01st September 2026
PAYMENT OF FEES
Once enrolled, students must settle all outstanding fees by 01st September 2026. Students with unpaid fees for any paper after this date will be denied access to classes and MAT ABACUS facilities until they make arrangements with the Administration Office.
Outstanding balances:
- No new course enrolment will be accepted while a balance remains from a previously enrolled course.
- No discounts of any kind are available to students with outstanding fees.
ADVANCE PAYMENT DISCOUNT (REVISION FEES)
Students who pay both tuition and revision fees in full for the same paper before 01st March 2026 qualify for a discount on revision fees.

REPEAT PAPER DISCOUNTS
Students who need to resit a paper they studied with MAT ABACUS Rwanda may apply for a repeat paper discount on tuition fees.
Eligibility – the student must have:
- Attended more than 80% of enrolled classes; and
- Submitted a script for every practice test assigned to their class.

Conditions:
- Applies only to the same course registered and paid for in the previous semester.
- Not applicable to students enrolled for revision classes only.
- New study texts are issued only if the syllabus version has changed since the previous sitting.
TUITION REFUND POLICY
Tuition is refundable only where both the student and a sponsor have paid for the same course. The student must submit a written application with evidence of both payments into the MAT ABACUS bank account.
